Need serious maintenance and care.
Relatively clean and spacious
No amenities whatsoever things are broken no towels no toilet paper the stove broken the toilet water hose broken. And very bad smell.

Very Poor
1- I booked 2 bedroom apartment. When I reached the hotel they said they dont have any booking for me. After much debate, they gave me a one bedroom apartment, which was not enough for 5 members of our family. When i visited this one bedroom apartment, the toilet was Eastern type, which my family could not use. Again after a lot of hassel and arguments they gave me another one bedroom apartment with western toilet seat. This was day one.
2- As we tried to sleep (some of us on the floor), the traffic noise from main road was tooooooo much. I have never experiensed such traffic noise in any hotel before !!!
3- One of my kids locked the door for changing the clothes. The door lock got jammed and would not open again. It took several hours of hammering and sawing to cut the door lock and open the door. It was way past might night and another sleepless night at this hotel.
4- Oh, I forgot.....the spray shower handle broke and they never came to replace it.
5- No English speaking staff....infact the lower the ranks of the hotel staff, the better their english, and less arrogant they were....go figure that out !!!
6- When i went for checkout, the hotel billed me for a 2 bedroom apartment. Needless to say, another lengthy argument ensued and it was just a horrific experience overall.
7- while all this was ongoing, i called and messaged booking.com several times, but no response from them either.
8- Good Bye Booking.com and keep your hotels to yourself !!!
